I'm using this oil in the morning and before bed in the night for my knees. As I have arthritis it is amazing to reduce pains and stiffness in the morning. Now I can do my work normally after using this oil.

I'm middle aged and have recently started suffering from knee aches. Read the reviews and felt convinced to give this product a shot. Believe me, it worked like a charm for me. From the first application itself, there was relief and by the 4th time, my knee joint pain was completely gone. An extremely highly recommended product, just use it as instructed. Warm it a bit before application and apply properly before going to bed. Once a day is good enough.

It has been 10 days since my mom is using it and she claims to have relieved her knee pain. She just normally applies the oil in her knee, massages for about 20 minutes and forgets it.
